Watch Our Annual Holiday Event: Turkey Time with Tintri!

Hard to believe it’s been a year since our last Turkey Time, but the season is upon us!

Hard to believe it’s been a year since our last Turkey Time, but the season is upon us! Scott Thomas from Grillin’ Fools returns to showcase some new and creative ways of preparing your bird (can you say “spatchcock”?), as well as offering alternative proteins for your upcoming celebrations.

We paired Scott’s expertise with that of our favorite sommelier, Denise Mueller. Finding wines that complement all areas of your Thanksgiving meal can be daunting. Denise offers great advice on choosing the best wines and highlights a few of her favorites. Come ready to learn from audience inquiries around many aspects of holiday meal prep. Scott and Denise can’t wait to help!

All this fowlishness is hosted by your favorite Tintri geek, principal SE Steve Phillips. Steve brings along Tintri customer, Matt English, from Penske Automotive for some tech talk about the key features of our technology and answers some of the audience’s most pressing IT questions.

A little about our guests….

Scott Thomas,  Founder of Grillin’ Fools

The Original Grillin’ Fool, was sent off to college with a suitcase and a grill where he overcooked, undercooked and burned every piece of meat he could find. More than two decades later, he started a website to show step by step and share foolproof grilling instructions so that others don’t have to repeat the mistakes he’s made on the grill.

Scott has written feature articles for both St. Louis and Feast Magazines, been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and appeared on countless television and radio spots in his hometown of St. Louis as well as nationally televised tailgating commercials for Coca-Cola during NASCAR races on NBC.

Denise Mueller, Sommelier

Denise Mueller is a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine and the Owner/Lead Educator for Mid-American School of Wine and the PreSomm Brand, a course and book series for preliminary wine theory and wine service knowledge. She enjoys sharing her extensive wine knowledge and pairing expertise which have been featured in various publications including, FEAST, St. Louis Magazine, and Wine Spectator.
